Prices

The prices of the products listed on the homepage www.urbanbazaar.se are in the Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT (value added tax). 

Shipping

Shipping within Sweden. 

Shipping cost depends on the product size and weight. Standard shipping cost within Sweden for small items is 59 kr for orders under 1200 kr (not applied to furniture and big size items). Products which doesn’t fit in the box and needs to be shipped on the pallet has shipping cost depending on the size. You will se the shipping cost under the product description. Orders within Sweden ships with DHL to your nearest DHL Servicepoint pick up station. 

Shipping within EU. 

Shipping cost for smaller items which fits in the box is calculated at the checkout. For products which needs to be shipped on the pallet you will receive the separate e-mail with the offer on shipping cost depending on the destination. 

Delivery time

We are doing our best to get your order shipped as fast as possible. Usually your order will be shipped the next working day. Please be aware that during the high seasons like Christmas delivery times can be longer. 

Please observe that we reserve us the right that products can be sold out and stock status can be different from what you see online. In case if we are not able to send your order complete you will receive the e-mail.

EU Customers

Payment with Credit card VISA or Mastercard is available. 

For Swedish customers

Invoice

Invoice via AfterPay, order first and pay after 14 days. You will be able to make your purchase with AfterPay invoice if you qualify their credit control. Control is made automatically in the checkout. The administration cost for the invoice of 29 kr will be added. Invoice will be sent to your e-mail adress. For payment with AfterPay you need to be 18 years old or older. Unpaid invoices are forwarded for collection. 

Card payment

Payment with the credit card, VISA or Mastercard. No additional cost added. 

Swish payment in advance

If you have Swedish Swish app you will be able to make the payment using it. After you confirm your order you will be redirected to the app to confirm your payment. No additional cost added. 

Condition and warranty

Urban Bazaar is a shop selling used and second-hand products. Our aim is to select products with good condition and quality. Sometimes you can find worn, shabby and well used products in our shop. Please take a look on photos so you can see how the product looks. Also pay attention the comments under product description. We don’t give any warranty and all products are sold inte the used condition. If you have any questions please feel free to send us an e-mail. 

Cancellation

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We are able to make the cancellation only if the order has not been picked up by the shipping company. Refund will be made as soon as possible but handling time can be up to 30 days. 

Complaint

You have the right to complain if you received wrong product. In this case you should inform us within 14 days from the day you received your order. products should be returned in the same condition as received. Products should be unused and in its original packaging following the packing slips or invoice. 

If the product is damage during the transportation complains should be made directly to the shipping company. We are not able to control how the transportion is made but we do our best to always pack the orders in the way it minimizes the damage. 

Right of Withdrawal and return

To minimize the environmental footprint and fast returns we kindly ask you to think through your purchase before you confirm your order. Our aim is to give you as much information about the product and its condition as possible to help you to make the right purchase decision. You can contact us any time if you have questions regarding the products. 

If it didn’t turn out as planned and you wish to return the product then you have the right to do that within 14 days from the day you received your order. In case of return we do not bear the shipping cost. Please send us an e-mail before you send back your order so we are aware of the return. 

It is your responsibility to pack the product well, products which are damaged in shipping due to poor packaging will not be approved and will not be refunded. 

Unredeemed packages 

Normally you have 2 weeks to pick up your package if it is left at the pick up station. Should the package not be picked up within that time, it will be automatically returned to us. We are charged for every package which comes in return to us. To cover this cost you will be invoiced 350 kr. 

When the package have been returned to us, we will contact you to discuss a new delivery or refund after we have deducted the costs mentioned above. If we not receive feedback from you within one month the products will be placed for selling again. We cooperate with the police in the event of fraud.
